Smooth buying experience

Previous orders have been exceptional however the most recent was not. I have yet to receive the two cases I ordered 4 weeks ago. I have paid duty and received the wrong phone case.

I have not received my order

3 weeks and still not received. No response to emails. No way to cancel order. Will try other methods.

Best case to have

It’s been 2 weeks since placing my order and I have not received it. I have sent messages and emails to the supplier and the delivery company asking for delivery status and had no response other than this request to review a product I have purchased and not received!

Never recieved it. Feels like a scam.

I ordered a case Aug 11th and still haven't received it as of Aug 26th. I won't be ordering my next case from this company.

If I could give them less than one star I would. Companies pretends to be a Canadian company on their website that I went to. (. ca. ) Lists everything in Canadian prices. But when you click send, what you don’t realize is that it is shipping from New York, USA. I’ve told the company that I’m refusing delivery and want a refund. Every time I ask this, they offer me a discount. They started off at 20% off, and then the one time they went to 25% off and then after that, they offered me only 20% off again. It doesn’t matter what percentage they offer me, I only want my refund. OtterBox is a much better deal, and they don’t lie to you.

This is the fourth time I’ve purchased from this company, but the first time I’ve experienced being duped. No mater what effort I have put in to contact the company, there is no reasonable response, nor explanation as to why the package received a tracking number almost a month ago, and has since never moved, and the courier has no record of it. I’ve asked for a refund, and so far have not received it. I’m appalled at the lack of customer service, the loss of a fair amount of money and no sign of what we purchased. My next step will be to have my credit card company go after PunkCase for the money. At no point in time is such poor service and underhanded failure to provide what I’ve paid for, acceptable.

This is my 2nd 360°case from u ive bought. . . the 1st case I bought was like 5 or 6 yrs ago when I bought my phone. . . thank u for being such a great phone case company

I like the case, the only thing I didn't like is the fact that I ordered a teal case and was sent a black one.

Its been over a month and I haven't received my case, they dont answer my emails and the voicemail is full. Zero stars.

So many models of phone i am not surprised I received the wrong case. Perhaps if you printed dimensions on the description this mixup( and yes , my iphone is se) could easily be avoided. So far, follow up to correct this problem is tracking ok 👍

Ordered both the studstar and the alpine in the same order. Package arrived partially open with only the studstar inside.

I recently purchased a phone case from Punkcase, which was advertised as Canadian-based. However, the item was shipped from an international location, resulting in unexpected duties and taxes at the border that equaled the cost of the phone case. Furthermore, I did not receive the correct phone case. I have contacted customer service to resolve this issue and will update my review accordingly based on the outcome.

I still haven’t received the case, 16 days a still waiting. Attempts to contact your company fall a deaf eyes. Phone number with voice mail, you can’t leave a message because it’s full and email, you get a generic answer. Your customer service department definitely needs work. I’ve purchased punkcase case previously and they do a great gob. Probably the reason I repurchased, however I might reconsider
