I own a trailer rental business and had one of my customers lose a part of my lock. I reached out to Proven Industries to see about getting a replacement part. I spoke with Giana and she went above and beyond in getting me what I needed so that I can keep my trailers secure! I love my Proven Locks and love their customer service. One of the few companies out there where you can still talk to a person!

Recently ordered the 2517 and AC-100 for my trailer. These things are build solid and I am very impressed with their quality and fitment . It was hard to find a product that would fit this specialized Kaufman trailer but they delivered. Likewise, I had one hiccup with one of the products so I got to test out their customer service. Customer service was right on it and sent me a replacement quickly. Will 100% recommend Proven Industries to anyone looking for a good product with top notch customer service!

Giana helped me to determine which locks I needed for my new 8.5x16 enclosed trailer. Based on her suggestions and the terrific information available on Proven's website, I was able to place an order very quickly for the "right stuff. " Thank you, Giana, good job!

Thanks to Giana, Iris, Nicolas and customer support crew for their understanding and patience with me when I had issues with my lock. They were outstanding with solving my problem. I highly recommend the lock and support group. Gary

I have purchased many locks and 2 of the hitch steps with the 2 inch and 2 5/16 balls. I had the pleasure of speaking to Ruby regarding my order and I can honestly say she is THE BEST customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure of speaking too. She is truly a knowledgeable and very thoughtful, putting the customers first! I did speak to another representative earlier but I can’t recall the name of that person. My point is this, they all have the customers needs as a priority!! Rare to find a company that has definitely done an outstanding job at understanding the customers needs. Thank you all so very much for your kindness! I will definitely be making additional purchases in the future!!

Great, heavy duty locks is just the start. When you combine an awesome product with great customer service you can't lose. I have 3 trailer locks (all 3 different) and 5 puck locks and all of them secure my equipment above and beyond any competitors locks. I recently had my first experience with the Customer Service at Proven Ind and I couldn't be happier - took care of the issue right away (even though it likely my fault to start with). Big thanks to Ruby!!

Great hitch lock. Very good construction and great service when dealing with the factory.

The customer service department worked tirelessly to help me find the correct locks for my two trailers, and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Thank you very much to Arthur for being such an extraordinary person!

This is the most amazing trailer lock I have ever purchased and I will be buying one for my other trailer and telling all of my friends with trailers, I received a lot very quickly worked great. One of the keys was labeled correctly, but was incorrectly cut I reached out to customer service. Arthur responded extremely promptly and professionally took care of the issue. Sent me a new set of keys and I am back in business. Great product. I highly recommend.
