This company is a blast from the past with customer service. It is top notch and cares about the customer FIRST. I purchased a Spintso Referee Watch from them in 2015. As stated in the materials that they send in the package as well as on the website, this particular item has a 2 year warranty. 2 YEARS! Well, about 1.5 years in, suddenly out of the blue my watch had some of the smaller LCD crystals no longer functioning on the halftime timer and on the stoppage timers. I was bummed at first, but then looked at the box about how to get it repaired and saw that I did in fact have a 2 year warranty. So, I contacted the company to see the procedure (especially since I did not have a receipt left). They had record of the purchase as each one comes with a different serial number on the box and confirmed it was within warranty. They sent me a label to return the watch, and then took the time to receive and test. Shortly after they informed me that they were very sorry but they too noted the issues. First item they did was to replace the batteries and it then no longer functioned at all. They apologized again and said we are sorry and have shipped you a brand new one from stock and here is the tracking number. BOOM! Easy and quick. They took care of EVERYTHING. I just don't see that customer service anywhere in today's day and age. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you purchase from these folks, Quite honestly, even if I discover that some of their prices may be higher than a fly by night site somewhere else, I will ALWAYS purchase here. They stand by what they sell, and no price can be assigned to that type of customer service. Jason S. ...... you made me a believer. TO ALL: BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!

I live in taiwan , there are not so many shop that sell referee goods and I always take big effort to buy goods. After I find out this site I can easily buy referee goods and it is vere helpful for me.

I recently bought the Spinsto referee watch from proreferee. The watch arrived very quickly and in a perfect packaging. I was happy with my overall experience and the service received. Thank you proreferee for such great service. I definitely recommend this watch for all the referees who care about accuracy, luxury and great price. I would also recommend considering Proreferee for all other referee accessories.

High quality products and really fast delivery.

great product good price fast shipping

Great product. Quick shipment.

I returned an item and requested another item... it was not sent. This failure to follow through is very disappointing. How this error is addressed will go a long way to determine my future business choice.

The site only offers quality products. Nothing sold here just to bring business. My orders have always been processed quickly and arrive as expected. All of this at prices comparable to any other site. Anytime I have had issues with a product, its been resolved quickly and I was always treated with respect.

It has been delivered within 2 weeks to Tokyo, Japan. Its not bad.

Fast shipping!

Again, I received excellent and timely customer service from ProReferee in identifying the battery issue on all 3 of my watches, replacing the batteries and getting them back to me in a timely manner.

Product was perfect at a fair price and arrived extremely quick. Could not be more happy.

Thanx for the best quality and brand offer for referee on web sites

I use the watch for soccer. The reference sheet provided by proreferee was really helpful in quickly setting up the watch and becoming familiar with the basic operations. This was a really good investment at the best price I could find.
