This company is a blast from the past with customer service. It is top notch and cares about the customer FIRST. I purchased a Spintso Referee Watch from them in 2015. As stated in the materials that they send in the package as well as on the website, this particular item has a 2 year warranty. 2 YEARS! Well, about 1.5 years in, suddenly out of the blue my watch had some of the smaller LCD crystals no longer functioning on the halftime timer and on the stoppage timers. I was bummed at first, but then looked at the box about how to get it repaired and saw that I did in fact have a 2 year warranty. So, I contacted the company to see the procedure (especially since I did not have a receipt left). They had record of the purchase as each one comes with a different serial number on the box and confirmed it was within warranty. They sent me a label to return the watch, and then took the time to receive and test. Shortly after they informed me that they were very sorry but they too noted the issues. First item they did was to replace the batteries and it then no longer functioned at all. They apologized again and said we are sorry and have shipped you a brand new one from stock and here is the tracking number. BOOM! Easy and quick. They took care of EVERYTHING. I just don't see that customer service anywhere in today's day and age. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you purchase from these folks, Quite honestly, even if I discover that some of their prices may be higher than a fly by night site somewhere else, I will ALWAYS purchase here.
