We purchased the ProPress PRO290 Professional Steamer - online. The following business day we received a call from Marc to say the steamer had been dispatched and would be delivered the next day - we live 900 kms away in a rural area. True to his word, the steamer was delivered the next day! The steamer was straight forward to assemble, and is awesome to use. I would definitely recommend this steamer.

Fantastic steamer. Love the standby feature on this model. Many a time I am interrupted whilst steaming, so being able to turn it back on from standby and have steam within 10 seconds is a game changer. Also a big shout out for the Propress customer services. My steamer broke at a crucial time when I had a bride collecting dresses that needed to be steamed within two days of dropping them off to me. The customer service team put my steamer on an overnight delivery and saved the day. Thank you
