I have used lots of blenders before but none that have the brains this one does. Blending frozen fruits to whip up a smoothie is no problem with the SENSE. It is a great little machine and the portability is a bonus. Recommended.

However, the customer service center quickly resolved the issue, and I received my goods from Germany without customs duties! My recommendation: please specifically point out that this is not a European Union website.
