I really like the design and ergonomics of PROMiXX shaker, but the small plastic insert holding the silicone seal is far too fragile. It has broken on several of my bottles after normal use, making them leak and become practically unusable. The most disappointing part is that PROMiXX does not sell this tiny component as a spare part. A perfectly good bottle should not need to be replaced because of one small piece of plastic. Please make this part stronger and available separately.

I’ve had this bottle for a few months now, and it works like a gem! The mixing is super smooth with no clumps left behind, and the battery lasts a long time between charges. It’s easy to clean, doesn’t leak, and feels really sturdy. Definitely one of the best shaker bottles I’ve owned

Really impressed with my shaker. I pretty much take it everywhere with me now. The handle makes it really easy to carry around, whether it’s to the gym or work, and the built in shaker grill mixes my shakes and Huel perfectly every time. Feels solid, does exactly what I need, and has basically become my go to bottle.

Got two of these, one in purple and one in orange. It is my favourite bottle and I use it every day. It has also been a godsend with the recent weather we have been having, it has kept my drink cool whilst we have been out hiking. Perfect thank you.

Had used the pro electric mixer for two years and through wear and tear the lid came loose which is to be expected but I contacted anyway and they was so helpful honestly the best customer service experience I’ve had with a company hands down. I bought another one from them because of this. Marianne was so helpful and fast at replying. 10/10 company.

Well to be honest the shaker and bottle work pretty well, but the fact I have waited 3 months until I got my order is ridiculous. Also did I get a cheaper bottle than I paid for.

Bought the product about 10 months ago. Great product. I use Huel powders with it. Lost the seal for the nutripod cup. Went to the website and they don't offer replacement parts to purchase. So I emailed them and they sent me a replacement.

I have owned quite a few bottles with agitators, wire balls to break up various ingredients with my favorite water or juice. Nothing compares to the ease of use and great design of this bottle, the plastic feels and yes smells or that is does not smell like any other bottle, extremely well-made absolutely worth it.
