I ordered the True Shift Black Hockey Skate runners - but I was shipped the TRUE SHIFT MAX DLC skate runners, not even close to the same product sku. So I had to return to my local pro hockey life. Return was easy, but if the staff member simply was attentive and shipped the correct product, it would have saved me a trip.

So far I've found that Pro Hockey Life is getting better at their customer service and improving their experience. I have run into a few bumps related to online promotions as well as stocking issues at times, but the staff seem genuinely helpful. I also recently had a terrific experience at the Whitby location with sales assistance staff in the stick department as well as help from the manager with a warranty claim. Thank you!
