Bait and Switch - Won’t Honor Pricing Attempted to purchase hockey pants for my son. Sale person helped select a pair that fit. Asked associate how much they were and was quoted a price after the associate scanned price on shelf. Went to pay and the pants were $50 more. Was told that people move products all of the time and they don’t have to honor the price. Associate confirmed that they quoted the price but they scanned the wrong price. They said that product shouldn’t have been there even though no other model pants were in that area. They said that there was a miscommunication because sales person thought I told them which model pants they were (which is wrong). Manager offered to provide a lower model pant at the price quoted by the associate. Great business practice- help customers pick out a product, quote them a price and then refuse to honor it by saying product was in the wrong location. The good old Bait and Switch at its finest. I wouldn’t do business there again. Plenty of local places to get your hockey gear that don’t have sketchy business practices.

Ordered 2 nhl jerseys first week of December 2024 online to be given as Christmas gifts. First jersey came promptly however it had no manufacture tags on it. There was no size replacement available so had to replace it and drive one hour to return to retail location Vaughan. As a consumer if I returned a piece of clothing without tags would you guys accept it probably not . To prohockey-life's credit they did not question and returned money promptly. Second Jersey did not arrive until Christmas Eve. Was stuck in purolators delivering system complete joke I recommend they do not use Purolator in the future. Moving forward in the future very hesitant to use pro-life hockey for online purchases

I ordered a steak. I was supposed to come on the 31st and ended up changing my two days because the delivery worker was done with their shift even to said they stay up even longer to ship other packages.
