I had my tm7 put in wrong electricity, Thermomix sent me the label for exchange right away. A brand new tm7 was sent 1 week after that. I was so shocked about how nice they are. The have not only the best device, but also the best service. Thank you Thermomix!

It’s a great machine, zero complaints with it…just wish the accessories would already be available.

I expected the machine to cut food better; I made mashed potatoes using the app, but some potatoes remained whole, even after increasing the processing time. The application doesn't connect properly with the machine. The processes for certain recipes are often complicated or don't work. The recipes also have problems; the images often don't match the instructions. My impression is that the machine is still in the development phase. I think it's very expensive for what it offers.
