I'm very happy with the product

A powerhouse all in one kitchen appliance that replaces many gadgets with cooking, blending, steaming, sautéing, weighing, and more all in one unit. It also offers guided step by step recipes via its large touchscreen and connected cookido platform. It’s quieter motor and modern design make it feel like a premium upgrade over the TM6. One of the best things in my kitchen!

The first machine I got was defective; it leaked any liquid you added to the base. I called Thermonix cutomer service and was able to receive a brand new machine in exchange for the old one. The only problem was that when I got the box to return the old machine, they only sent me one box instead of two to fit all the parts. I had to find a box big enough to fit the extra parts. Other than that, I am very happy with the Thermomix and all the recipes I can now experiment with.
