Great

**Not What I Expected** I purchased the Thermomix expecting it to make cooking easier and save me time, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. One of my biggest issues is cleaning. After using it, the cleaning function often does not leave the bowl completely clean, so I end up having to wash it by hand anyway. This defeats one of the main reasons I purchased the machine in the first place. I’ve also had issues with several of the recipes. The results have not always been what I expected, and I’ve ended up making adjustments and transferring the food to my regular pans to finish cooking it on the stove. If I still have to use my traditional cookware to fix or finish the recipes, it makes it difficult for me to justify the price of the Thermomix. I bought it expecting it to save me time, effort, and dishes, but so far, I feel like it has done the opposite. **For me, the experience has not been worth the investment, and based on my experience, I would not purchase it again. **

It was the best experience; it was very personalized and responsive!

el precio es muy alto

I accidentally damaged my mixing bowl and discovered that it is not available for purchase in the US. Hard to understand why Thermomix would release a product without supporting it with spare parts. Here is the communication from the service team "Thank you so much for the pictures. The Mixing Bowl is not available for sale at this time. I am checking with my team for a date of release for the bowls. "

Nice

Un servicio realmente orientado al cliente. Gracias!

Very nice

This set is so beatiful and practical. You will want to add it to your kitchen.

I received it incredibly fast. I am in love.

It arrived super-quickly!

The entire purchasing and shipping process was excellent.

I try to use it for the first time after the repair and it just worked for one recipe and then stop working, so frustrating
