Ian in sales helped me purchase a pro-form bike and treadmill. I had a previous pro-form bike for 12 years that died in December. Since I had such a great experience with my 1st Pro-form bike I decided to go back for a new one. At the time I had a Sole indoor treadmill that was making a ton of noises when raising the incline, so with Ian's help I decided to replace that early and purchase the bike with the treadmill. Loved all of Ian's expertise, loved the free Vue promotion that came with the treadmill and never knew what I was missing by not having iFit. A great experience with Pro-form. When I finally got it (it took almost 8 weeks) I was so excited to use it. I still use it, however, it does have a tendency to squeak when using it. I think it needs a little tightening up and oil.

We had a mishap at the beginning due to a piece of equipment not being added to original order - I called pro-form and they were on it. Item was delivered separately and all is good. Very pleased with the service. Thank you Pro- form

Because of our age and the weight and size of the equipment, we chose the White Glove delivery. It is well worth the money. I recommend it to anyone that needs help with installation.
