Great customer service

Excellent product quality but the communication and status updates could use some work. There website status is so vague I almost thought I was scammed when the status never updated. Eventually it got better, but there website is also not that intuitive. Good products, but website needs work.

The person that I chat with in customer service has been so helpful throughout the entire process helping me to track my order and see where it’s at and finding me updates to the order. The quality is incredible and I am so happy I came across your website.
