I would like a slightly easier experience when choosing settings as I am stupid when it comes to book printing and need something more simple to use.

I had no need to contact customer service, but the books were securely packaged and arrived at my home in a timely manner.

The quality of the book was great, minus the cover. However, I had to reach out to your support team a couple times to get my proof and because that took so long my order ended up being delayed by a week or two. I think the communications need some serious improvement.

$40 for one deck of cards is ridiculous!!!!! Shipping is not that expensive. . . .
