Good but not great

Much better quality of material than the big box stores. Assembly videos are helpful, but exactly which hardware to use where is much less than clear.

It’s not a seamless experience ordering on your phone. But the selection and prices are exactly what I’m looking for! Will update if any of the products come less than satisfactory.

Cassie the cabinet designer has been extremely helpful and knows how to maximize the space in a kitchen. Her advice and input on our cabinetry design has added to producing a quality project for our clients. I would encourage anyone interested in working with Prime cabinetry to utilize this asset from this companies toolbox.

We couldn't be happier with the attention we got upon visiting the showroom and then we started working with Cassie on our design and she was nothing short of amazing. She came up with a workable design that looks great and had to be reworked a couple of times because the measurements changed from what we were originally provided. She is extremely easy to work with and did a fantastic job. She was responsive to our emails, our questions, and our calls.
