After reading so many positive reviews, I was really hopeful that this would help with my chronic hip pain. I did notice an improvement during the first week of use. Unfortunately, it has not lasted and my pain has returned. I’m finishing my first bottle and have ordered a second in hopes that it will make a difference. If it does I will continue use.

I've taken Muscle Health Plus for 24 consecutive days to this point. I may have experienced a slight improvement so far. Not totally sure. I'll keep taking through the end of the year to make my final determination. I'm not crazy about the cherry flavor though. I'm happy to hear that a new flavor, citrus, will be arriving in November.

I have been using Muscle Health Plus for almost a year and I really see a change in my muscle definition. I am a 53 year old woman, lifting 2-3 times per week and seeing great results. I also use the Nourify powder to supplement my protein intake and I like the richness and flavor compared to other protein powder products. They are both expensive, but I have them on subscription and I do think they are worth the cost.

Always happy with Previnex - their communication is great and their Joint Health supplement seems to be helping my old knees.
