Love the Previnex Nourifty shake I make each morning with my frozen berries and sometimes I add Spinach

I'm not sure yet if it is helping. I wanted to do a subscription but don't want to pay shipping each time so I just ordered 3 bottles to test it out.

I’ve been using Previnex’s joint health supplements for 2 months, and I’ve noticed a noticeable reduction in knee pain when moving. The products are easy to incorporate into my daily routine, and the packaging is clear about ingredients. I’m trying this because it is endorsed by someone I respect - Selene Yeager. I’ve only been using it for 3 weeks so I believe I’ll see more improvements in overall soreness after big efforts and reduction in inflammation after another month of use. It’s easy to swallow and there are no negative side effects. Shipping was quick.

The products are good and I would order them more often, but the shipping costs are nuts. (to Europe). 31 USD for a single small package and goes up if I order more to 60 USD. I can't make a subscription and pay 30 dollars on shipping every month

So far so good! Been taking this for about a month! I definitely feel stronger and more powerful during my runs! As a bonus I do enjoy the taste! I sometimes mix it with cranberry juice along with water. 10/10 recommend!
