The products are good and I would order them more often, but the shipping costs are nuts. (to Europe). 31 USD for a single small package and goes up if I order more to 60 USD. I can't make a subscription and pay 30 dollars on shipping every month

So far so good! Been taking this for about a month! I definitely feel stronger and more powerful during my runs! As a bonus I do enjoy the taste! I sometimes mix it with cranberry juice along with water. 10/10 recommend!

After reading so many positive reviews, I was really hopeful that this would help with my chronic hip pain. I did notice an improvement during the first week of use. Unfortunately, it has not lasted and my pain has returned. I’m finishing my first bottle and have ordered a second in hopes that it will make a difference. If it does I will continue use.

I've taken Muscle Health Plus for 24 consecutive days to this point. I may have experienced a slight improvement so far. Not totally sure. I'll keep taking through the end of the year to make my final determination. I'm not crazy about the cherry flavor though. I'm happy to hear that a new flavor, citrus, will be arriving in November.
