I’m trying this because it is endorsed by someone I respect - Selene Yeager. I’ve only been using it for 3 weeks so I believe I’ll see more improvements in overall soreness after big efforts and reduction in inflammation after another month of use. It’s easy to swallow and there are no negative side effects. Shipping was quick.

The products are good and I would order them more often, but the shipping costs are nuts. (to Europe). 31 USD for a single small package and goes up if I order more to 60 USD. I can't make a subscription and pay 30 dollars on shipping every month

So far so good! Been taking this for about a month! I definitely feel stronger and more powerful during my runs! As a bonus I do enjoy the taste! I sometimes mix it with cranberry juice along with water. 10/10 recommend!
