I tried this protein after following a trustworthy trainer who recommended it. It's really hard to find a vegan protein that tastes good and is simple in ingredients. I enjoy the chocolate which I typically mix with a banana, ice, flax milk, and sometimes peanut butter. It'll keep me full for quite a while, too!

I recently trained for a half marathon and first tried previnex when I was in the base building phase. The weeks where I didnt't take it were much harder because my recovery was worse. I initially started with Nourify Chocolate but after a while switched to Vanilla which tastes just as good in my opinion. Overall I recommend it!

Six weeks in and I can say this works. It started working after 2-3 days; my sleep is better quality and with less awake time. I have practiced excellent sleep hygiene for years, tried magnesium, ashwaghanda etc. with limited success. This combo of ingredients seems to be the cherry on top of good daytime habits and my sleep has gone from ok to very good most nights. I feel great!

Highly recommend. I drink my Citrus Previnex every morning. I never mis a day. I started at over 290lbs. and I’m currently at 258 lbs. I have added muscle so the fat loss is greater than the number shown. Previnex is the most complete formula I’ve seen. myHMB, EAA’s, & BCAA’s are essential and it’s so convenient to get them in one supplement. I imagine I’ll be using this product for years.
