Years and years of having to work VERY hard to get anything that even closely resembles being regular and with this not only can I go once a day but often twice! TMI but something to celebrate! And I like the taste. Its easy to drink and has become a trusted part of my routine.

Six weeks in and I can say this works. It started working after 2-3 days; my sleep is better quality and with less awake time. I have practiced excellent sleep hygiene for years, tried magnesium, ashwaghanda etc. with limited success. Highly recommend. I drink my Citrus Previnex every morning. I never mis a day. I started at over 290lbs. and I’m currently at 258 lbs. I have added muscle so the fat loss is greater than the number shown. Previnex is the most complete formula I’ve seen. myHMB, EAA’s, & BCAA’s are essential and it’s so convenient to get them in one supplement. I imagine I’ll be using this product for years.

I started using Previnex proactively about a month ago. I have not noticed any difference, though I was not experiencing joint issues to begin with. However, I have increased my running mileage in the last 2 months and have not had joint issues since, so perhaps it is indeed working proactively.

While still new to creatine, I think I can partially credit it with my ability to recover quickly amidst an increasingly heavy training load. Excited to continue and see the results!

It’s hard to rate a supplement. Is it me or is it the supplement? At least it didn’t have any side effects, so I gave it a 3.
