This was my first experience with this company. Honestly, I am not accustomed to this high a level of service. During my order, I mentioned that I would have preferred a rod pocket to the grommet pictured and they offered to change it for me. I received the curtains yesterday and they are perfect. The representative, Maggie, is a joy to work with.
