Got married in this dress and got so many compliments,it was beautiful. I absolutely loved it and shipping was fast!

Beautiful dress, but no one available to chat with. Dress was smaller than usual, needed an exchange and couldn’t get through to anyone. Had to buy a new dress and it didn’t come in time for my birthday. They also do not give a refund-only store credit, so I’m stuck with those 2 charges. . Very poor communication no emails no chat button and you have to pay to return an item. Super disappointed but again beautiful dress
