Order took a while to process but it was explained that it would take longer due to being a small order and custom. Items were exactly as advertised.

Excellent costumer service . First pair of sweat pants was not stitched in the inner leg and they were right on it answering my email when I sent them the picture. I was not required to send them back . The communication was excellent .

I was shipped fast I expected to wait a little bit for the sweat shirt but that wasn't the case it came right away

Perfect fit and great detail

Our order looked great and the material and logo were high end! Unfortunately our Fanthread Origin Youth XL hoodie fit more like a Youth Large and we had to gift it to someone else. But the size charts were posted and that's our fault, not the seller.
