Couldn't have shipped it any slower if they tried. Its been 10 days and its still in California. Wasn't even delivered to the post office until almost a week after order

I purchased a gift for my sister in law that was moving away. Without thinking about how long it could possibly take to receive it I made the purchase. It took some time and my order was still not processed I emailed The company and Abby responded quickly and was able to process my order and made sure I could get it before my sister left. She went out of her way to make my family and I happy. I obviously took a peek of my order (I HAD TO) and it’s better than I had expected! Quality is beyond my expectations! Incredibly happy with my purchase and I have a whole group of girls wanting to order from them. Hoping they have good deals for the holidays because I’m certainly buying from them again. DO NOT BUY! These are the fakest crystals from the worst source. They are not healing crystals, they are just money to the owners. They don’t live or believe in true crystal healing or being genuine people. If you want real crystals for true spirituality don’t buy it from someone that thrives off Gucci and Prada.

Hi there! The experience was just fine and you do have beautiful stones! Thank you for that. I wish you wouldn't show things that are sold out. . and It would be helpful to have multiple photos/views of the pendants. You only have this on a few items. Lastly, it would be helpful if you included information on how to clear/charge these crystals since there are so many different types of stones, and I also don't want to damage the chain/setting. Especially since these are priced so expensive.
