I have 4 necklaces now and the actual crystals are beautiful. I love the cut and color. I prefer drilled crystal pendants, so Pratty Daddy crystals seem to fit the bill. However, they are VERY small. I suggest Spencer and crew should put the dimensions/weight/etc. of the stone on each listing. This is very common in the crystal world, and I believe would give greater transparency to what exactly you are buying, especially at this price point. For the price, I would expect these crystals to be larger. Also, as a side note - I don't think the crystals are personally intuitively styled with a matching chain, because each chain I've gotten has been a 16" silver plated chain. Even one crystal that cost $600, and had a gold loop, came with a silver chain. Because the drill hole on the crystal can be small, it can be tricky to swap out the chains.

I ordered the rose quartz crystal for my daughter for her 33rd birthday. We used to watch The Hills years ago, and I was aware (through TikTok) that Spencer has been passionate about crystals for quite a few years now, and owned a company that sold crystal, so I decided to take a chance and order the rose quartz crystal pendant with a sterling silver box chain. The ordering and purchasing process was extremely easy to navigate. The product was shipped and arrived much sooner than I expected. It was carefully wrapped in up to four different layers of bubble wrap. Included in the package, were two free gifts. One was a sage smudge stick, (which provided a lovely scent as I opened the package) and a tiny glass cork topped bottle with several small crystals. Pratt Daddy chose to include those free gifts in my package at their own expense and I was quite impressed with how much thought and care was put into the package. The quality of the rose quartz crystal pendant was outstanding. The sterling silver box chain was top notch, and included a tiny medallion with the Pratt Daddy humming bird logo. The quality of the of the product, packaging and purchasing process, far exceeded my expectations. I have quite a bit of experience in ordering product and gifts from many different companies (Amazon, Walmart, Macy’s Dillards, Etsy, and countless others) and I can say that Spencer Pratt could teach them all, a thing or two about how to let your customers know that you appreciate their business.Hats off to Pratt Daddy…they have mastered the art of e-commerce.

I purchased the most beautiful green amethyst pendant and I cannot say enough! I wear it all the time and usually pair it with a rose gold chain. I’ve already gotten so many compliments. A few weeks back around Jan 6 I was watching one of the lives. Spencer showed what he called a uranium quartz. Turned off all the lights and hit it with the UV light to show a pinkish orange glow from the crystal. I immediately went to the website and purchased. I was so excited. Unfortunately once the necklace arrived I quickly realized after trying 5 different UV lights that mine was not reactive at all. I checked my order to make sure I didn’t order the wrong item. The item is listed as petroleum quartz which is absolutely supposed to be UV reactive. Kind of a bummer. It’s still cute. A little chonky quartz on a chain. Sort of resembles a smoky quartz. Just not what I was expecting and unfortunately there are no returns. I’ll probably just gift it someone.

The beads on my bracelets are all so beautiful and each bead has its own uniqueness and different look to them, love them all, this is my second time ordering them, my first set of bracelets I ordered a couple years back and they still look new with everyday use there very durable, shipping was quick, thank you so much everyone at pratt daddy💕

I am very disappointed in my pendant. Not only was it very expensive but I find the fact that I am not given a complementary decent chain with the very expensive pendant to be ridiculous. I’ve purchase stones for the same price at different shops and I was given either a sterling silver or gold necklace with the pendant. I’m also very disappointed in the size, there were three different variations of my specific pendant and it would’ve been helpful if they were put together as a group to see the difference in size. I did email several times asking for that accommodation and did not receive a response. I did receive an email asking for my feedback multiple times and I am not one to give negative feedback but I feel that since my question still wasn’t answered and I am beyond disappointed in the pendant that I feel I need to say something. I was very excited to purchase from Pratt Daddy not only because im a huge fan of Heidi’s, but you guys mine your stones from the areas where I would prefer to get them. However I will not be purchasing from Pratt Daddy again Which really saddens me because they have a lot of awesome stuff, but this is due to the pendant not being given a decent chain with it and customers are expected to buy it separately is insane. I also am not buying again due to the lack of customer service.

I ordered 3 bracelets; angelite, olive jade and black tourmaline. The 3 bracelets were not as pictured, beyond over priced for what I get and the boxes they came in were more impressive than the quality of the jewelry. I do NOT recommend Pratt Daddy crystal jewelry.
