Because returns are especially difficult, not only the request process for one, but shipping charges vs. a 50% refund option, I would not recommend ordering from Prana. No mercy even when your dog has passed away and the package was never even opened. I emailed and called first, but since there's no response, I will post.

Our senior cat seems to be a lot better. She now gets up on the top level of the cat tree. She plays now, even though she is almost 12 years old. The increase in the kidney and uti supplements suggested by a Prana associate has made her younger than her years. I can't wait to take her for her 6 month check. Hopefully her bloodwork shows improvement in the creatinine and bun tests. Thanks Prana Pets
