My Doctor recommended these insoles after my foot surgery in 2011 & I've worn them ever since. So far no additional problems with my foot, so I consider these insoles a success & wouldn't try any other brand!

I walk a lot and my feet were starting to burn and get numb, but now I am doing great just got done with a 5 mile power walk, I walked over twenty miles this week, love my powersteps!

Eight years ago I had issues with my feet. After going to a podiatrist I learned that I had plantar fasciitis in both feet, severe in the right foot after an injury to the foot. My podiatrist had me off work for six weeks due to the severity of the right foot, and ordered me to stay off my feet for the entire time. Six weeks later the doctor had ordered me custom orthodics but they wouldn't be made for a month or more. The doctor gave me some inserts, powerstep's. These things were incredible. It took a few days for my feet to get used to them but after that my feet have never felt better. Anyone who asks me gets the same answer, if you have troubles with your feet, go get some inserts. I suggest POWERSTEP! They are great!

I have plantar fasciitis and with the powerstep insoles in all of my shoes I can walk around for hours with no problems. They are well worth the investment.

I socks are clearly too,too difficult to put on. After much too much effort they do seem to add comfort.

These were recommended by my podiatrist for a foot issue with capsulitis. While the inserts won't eliminate the problem, they definitely help take the pressure off of my metatarsals, so that I can be on my feet all day! :)
