I ordered by phone and the insoles went to the wrong house because part of the address was missing. Twice when i requested receipt i got f shipping document instead. Already received that with the insets. The last time i called, 25 days ago, i received nothing. Why can’t someone make me a receipt? They say they will send one each time i call. am in the computer! The only contact number and email, etc, is customer service. They can’t handle this request.

I called powerstep because I been having trouble with finding insoles for the last few months because of left foot problems and it's been a real headache to find shoes and inserts for mortons neuroma I've had for months now, so when I called powerstep I talked to a woman and told her all my problems and she suggested a few different inserts I could try and I told her I tried a pair a few months back and didn't work out for mortons neuroma I have and sent them back, this woman was so kind and generous and said since the last pair didn't workout and I see you are having problems im gonna send you 2 different Pairs of inserts to try as a exchange for the ones you sent back at no cost to you and if they don't work she said no need to send them back, so I got 2 pair at no charge, plus I got them on my doorstep the next day. Whoever this customer service representative was I would give her 6 stars and i can't thank you enough for the generosity and all the help thank you so much. I would highly recommend powerstep

These gel toes are excellent!

Just turned 60. Definitely not ready to slow down-- I work out 3 to 4 times a week plus I am the front man in a cover band performing up to 4 hours a gig! 2 years ago I developed plantar fasciitis along with lower back pain. I am a longtime customer of the leather dress insoles. I get them for every new pair of shoes I buy, and if the shoes are still good after long use, I just buy another pair of insoles rather than a new pair of shoes. They are essential for walking comfort. They don't get smelly. They're incredibly well made.

I love them but the fur inside them is very slick if you wear them without socks. My foot slides around in them an I have almost twisted my ankle so I have to wear socks with them.

This is my second pair of these amazing slippers! I bought the first pair in November and treated myself to a second pair during quarantine! I am a nurse and have a neuroma and plantar fasciitis. These are the most supportive and comfortable slippers, my foot pain has decreased drastically since wearing them in the house.

I have mortons neuroma and these were supposed to help. They do not help at all. My feet hurt so bad after doing aerobics with them. Now my heel hurts too!

Powerstep provides comfort without having to be fitted by a specialist.

A bit of support but it took up space in the shoe which makes it too tight.

Love these. Replacing my regular insoles in my tennis shoes with these has helped my capsulitis.

I recently ordered the Men's Fusion Slippers -- essentially slippers with built-in orthotic support. I never wear shoes at home but now that I am "locked down" (at least for awhile) and working from home, hanging out at home and playing at home ... I have not been wearing my shoes with Powersteps inside. So receiving these Powerstep slippers has been awesome ... my new "work" shoes since I dress more casually at home while still receiving comfortable support for my feet. I am now healthier and happier since receiving this latest shipment from Powerstep! Thank you for making this current crisis a little more bearable!! :)

I have gotten the Pinnacle Plus full length w/metatarsal pad. It took a bit to get used to but now they feel great. I will be ordering another pair shortly.

Always order these powersteps they are the best feel great on my feet and legs not tired when I get home. I am a custodian and on my feet all day.
