Installed Bilsteins on all four corners and added a steering dampener right before a road trip to Alaska. The ride quality improvement was immediately noticeable, even on the rough stretches of the Dalton Highway. Definitely worth it for the price point — solid upgrade all around. 2020 F250

Can be a little tricky getting the fuel basket fuel arm in the correct position around the aftermarket suction tube. More of an operator error. Once that was fixed, air dog runs great. Tested it out 1 week after by hauling an F250 over 300 miles. No issues at all.
