High-quality porcelain and graphics. I bought these as a Christmas present for a friend who loves a good coffee, esp espresso, and does a lot of backcountry skiing during the winter. She loves them! Yes, I gave them to her early; otherwise, I would've kept the set! Now I have to buy my own. . .

The mug was shipped by Powderhound promptly but we were let down by both Royal Mail then DPD on the first attempt

I had a shipping problem because we don't have home delivery through the US Postal Service. When I contacted Powderhound, they sent a replacement quickly via UPS and they arrived shortly after. Great Service!
