The total lack of response to emails regarding the delivery of my order was astounding. In Addition the DHL noted that I was not at home when he tried to deliver but he managed to talk to me on the phone and when I said I didn't speak Thai he hung up and never came to deliver. This is an apartment and the office was open at the time. In addition the Pots n Pans website turned down three credit cards and force me to COD the order. Definitely never do business with this company again
