1st class service. Downloaded and was using the Experience Jimi Hendrix™ Official Gear Collection in minutes.

It was digital software so it downloaded fine, support were okay but the issues still persist, I just gave up after 3 weeks.

My experience of Positive Grid has always been Positive. In the many emails I've sent they have always been Polite , Reassuring, and Extremely Helpful Their Customer Service goes One Step Beyond. Incredible!

NO STARS HAD TO GIVE ONE AS IT WOULDN'T LET ME SUBMIT UNLESS I GAVE ONE as never been able to use it also had trouble with power chord causing noise ,no end of trouble, being a beginner I thought I would get one as I didn't know what different pedal did so the amp and app was perfect, sadly got no end of frustration from it
