I've bought a couple of Positive Grid products, one via another seller and I had a support issue and they were excellent ( It's was the one about firmware updates on Windows 11 ). Most companies would give you an answer and then that would be it, after I raised it they actually put a note on the product site explaining the issue etc, so other people wouldn't freak out when they hit the same issue, That's looking after your customer base, oh and the products are cools as well.

Overall, the service and delivery were fine. The product arrived safely, and the ordering process was smooth. However, after trying Spark NEO, I feel the tone adjustment is not very convenient for me. Compared with it, the BOSS Waza-Air sound feels more direct and the overall tone is better in my opinion.
