Easy to deal with. I have had no product issues with their amps.

After first couple of weeks, Very impressed for a new software. Tones are great, and ability to EQ after cab makes a huge difference. I dislike the goofy images that are on the amps, makes it look cheap like a bad tattoo. AI presets are playable as is, but I find with output to my FRFR, I need to cut the fuzziness on all of them. Much easier to use than many digital modelers. Starts up super fast and runs smoothly. Would be nice to have some basic directions on how to use some of the more complex effects pedals, that unless you are very experience are too difficult to figure out. Only real issue is that some presets get corrupted (which sounds like a OneDrive backup issue), and then I can't delete them out of my list. Hopefully that is corrected in future update. For new release it is pretty solid overall and runs very smoothly and starts up super fast. Main concern is that after I have some great tones created, I risk losing them due to the corrupt file issue which happens too often.
