Both this chapstick and the people who run the company are wonderful. I had received a batch of not so great chapstick due to heat, and was immediately sent a new batch to try out. I’ve used this brand for years and love to give this chapstick out as gifts because I believe everyone’s searching for a great chapstick. And this one is AMAZING!! Works really well, stays on a long time, smells good, great price, one tube lasts a long time. Although the Rose type smells wonderful, it has no noticeable flavor (which is good; I don't want lip balm that has a flavor. . . I haven't tried the other scents so maybe they do have a taste to them in addition to the scent). I will never buy another brand!!! This is the best!

I stopped buying any other chapsticks after finding Portland Bee Balm. It’s so moisturizing, I love the tiny ingredient list, and I feel safe using it on my toddler. I have 10 empty tubes and counting! I’m waiting to get to 15 so I can send them to be recycled :) they made me a lifetime customer!

I’m a big fan of the unscented lip balm. It has staying power so I don’t have to reapply so often.

I’ve been using this brand for years. I got low on my old one and bought a variety pack because there were newer ones I hadn’t tried. The lip balms are a lot harder than they used to be and they dry my lips out and they start to peel rather than moisturize. At first I thought maybe it was just a bad batch for that lip balm tube so I opened another and realized they were all like that. It’s just not what it used to be. It’s a little disappointing because of how much I spent. This was the only brand i’d found that worked for me and now it doesn’t.

I adore Portland Be Balm. I've always been a lip balm hound. Name it and I've used at least a full tube of it, then moved onto the next. . . Until I got my hands on Portland Bee Balm. The texture is waxy without being sticky or pilling. It glides on smoothly and easily and stays there. It's comfortable on my lips, and I can feel the difference in my skin after I've worn it. It alleviates discomfort while I'm wearing it, and retains some of the benefits after it's worn off. It's not going to heal them overnight- though it does stay put overnight, but with regular use, I feel like I'm maintaining the health of my dry, bitten lips. My favorite is the unscented, but the others are nice too! I keep a small stock of them because as soon as I finish one, I just grab another- and I always finish them. :)
