I’m a new customer who couldn’t be happier with this product. I had been using a different lip balm for over a decade when suddenly my lips were chapped and irritated like never before! I honestly do not know if something changed in this other brand’s ingredient list or if my body suddenly developed a reaction to it (which is possible). BUT, what I DO know is that in a mere few days of using Portland Bee Balm my lips are perfect and back to normal! They feel great all the time and I live the minimal ingredient list. Love love love this stuff and can’t wait to try other flavors!

Most lip balms, in my experience, are very light. They are rather like putting on a layer of coconut oil, and don't last long. I LOVE Portland Bee Balm because it is made with natural items that don't wear off in the first two minutes. Where i live is very, very dry, and i'm an older woman. Portland Bee Balm is the first i've ever found that provides the coverage i'm looking for.

Decided to try the variety pack as a first time buyer. The fragrances are true to description. Quality of the wax is good and smooth.

The new label makes the top stick and almost impossible to an arthritic hand to open. Bad form.

I want to start off by saying that your balm is the best lip balm I have ever used, and I’ve tried so many different kinds. Ever since I found Portland Bee Balm, I have been loyally using it since 2015. I loved it so much that I bought one of your 24 count boxes of rose lip balm a few years later so I could give it away to friends and so that it wouldn’t ever run out. I just bought this new box of rose balm to replenish the old one and I will say it is still the same incredible product! The texture, the skin healing properties, the smell.
