High quality, no comparison to the DIY stores. Worth the price

The Porch Store products are high quality and Paul was a gem to work with. My historic Victorian balustrades and railings have been restored. We had one small issue with shipping but it was on the carrier end during the holiday rush and all was taken care of. I highly recommend!

Panel was great quality - but the factory ends were all banged up because they weren’t properly protected during shipping which wasn’t cheap. This forced my contractor to have to trim each panel on the ends which now shortened the panel. Other than the less than quality shipping the product itself made up for it with high quality and a very sturdy and great looking install. Clean up the shipping piece by protecting the factory ends and you will get a 10 out of 10 from me. But I have to give a 7 out of 10 due to the shipping issue mentioned.

The staff was extremely helpful. We spoke to them numerous times to get it right. Plus, they send measurements.

This door is massive, very thick like a standard exterior panel door. And definitely not “slamming screen door” construction.
