Prompt delivery no issues tiles look beautiful

I had high hopes for this company at first but I have been left extremely disappointed for many reasons. I chose the delivery of my tiles to coincide with a holiday as I have a toddler and wanted the work to be complete with the least disruption possible. -unable to meet initial expected delivery date (3rd June - ordered 30th May) - chose 2 alternative tiles which they could then not provide either. - was told new tiles were expected early the next week. I was already abroad and had no choice but to wait. - I had to chase up communications (while on holiday) and communicate this all to my contractor who was waiting to do the work. - 8 days after the order was expected on the 11th June I had to swap to a tile I didn’t want as that was all they had. My contractor could not wait any longer and this was costing me money. - the new tiles I had picked arrived with broken and chipped corners. Initially communication was good offering a 10% discount but now I have paid MORE than retailing on the website for the tiles I did not want (which some are unusable of) and I have not had a response about a refund of the difference from the original higher price tile. The situation regarding late delivery and unavailable tiles has been disappointing but the lack of communication generally and now around my paying for the higher price tile when receiving a lower price tile (after the additional costs for the project being elongated by a week and a half) has left me feeling very frustrated. I wish I had used the supplier recommended by my contractor.

Delivery cancelled same day last week, rescheduled for following week and never turned up. Call centre closed can’t speak to anyone. Where is it? And why do I keep having to take time off work for you to not do what you’ve been paid to do

2 boxes of porcelain tiles were delivered yesterday. 8/12 broken. Poorly wrapped and not protected for transport. Earliest replacement being offered for delivery on Monday. AND the website says tiles are 10. 1cm thick and they're only 6mm. This has messed up floor levels on the rest of the project completely.

As a DIYer, I initially underestimated the time required for my tiling project and had to cancel my order. The store handled the cancellation and refund seamlessly. I will definitely use them again when the project is back on track and can recommend Porcelain Superstore to others.

I selected a specific delivery date when placing the order, but was later contacted and told it would arrive three days later than planned. I explained how important it was for the parcel to arrive on the date, and then confirmed the later date on both email and phone. On the delayed scheduled delivery day (I’d had to rearrange my work schedule to wait in for this!) I called again to confirm, yet nothing arrived. When I contacted them afterwards, I was ignored, and the parcel then appeared unexpectedly the following day. I haven’t yet received any response from Sam regarding my concerns or any form of apology for the inconvenience!

Absolutely love my tiles from Porcelain Superstore. I get compliments from literally everyone who sees my new bathroom floor. The Tropez Mint Patterned tiles I got are gorgeous and unique and were great value for money. The tiles came expertly wrapped so there wasn’t a single broken tile unlike my order from Topps.
