The sample was great and came very quickly. It wasnt quite right for the job but would definitely use in the future. Good quality.

The tiles in themselves are lovely. The 3 stars are due to being sent one box in completely the wrong colour ( and also many of these were broken). This was in an order that only consisted of 9 boxes. The company did send a replacement box promptly however.

Great company, delivery prompt, communication quick, and tile product great quality! Their website calculated number of adhesive bags and grout perfectly to the dot! The large tile were easy to cut and fit for my tiler and looking great! Thanks

We really love the it! My kitchen wall looks amazing.

The tiles are great although not installed yet. Delivery was fast and the packaging impressive at first. Super strong shrinkwrap and a sturdy pallet. I wasn't at the delivery so didn't have an opportunity to check everything at that point. However, unpacking the pallet when I got home revealed some minor issues. None that was going to interfere with the job. Receiving adhesive with Holy bags is quite normal and no problem as long as its only small holes. The same goes for grout. Paper bags is the issue. Perhaps you can offer an outer plastic bag for added protection. I do understand that not everyone wants more plastic. But as a property management and maintenance company we need to know that products will turn up at the clients address in a sound condition. After all, keeping clients happy, is paramount. The only thing I have not had happen before was a sealed box with only five tiles. Clearly a manufacturing problem although it was quite obvious there was an issue with that box. Again, no harm done as we always order extras to allow for breakages. It does mean that its inly 4 stars this time. Let's see if it can go to 5 next time.
