Shipping was a nightmare, especially when I kept seeing ‘Fast, reliable shipping’ advertisements at the same time my order was repeatedly being delayed. Customer service is always 10/10. So quick to address concerns and wonderful ti communicate with. Products are always 10/10 as well. My favorite cases and grips.

I have been using my kick out popsocket for about a month now, and I am really enjoying. However, I have noticed that the hinge for the kick stand has progressively gotten looser. It does not maintain its rigidity with use. Four stars because overall it's doing its job, but again I don't think that the hinge is going to last long-term.

Shipping was good but I wish everything wasn’t so expensive. A phone case and a magnetic pop socket are nearly the same price. My poor wallet.

Shipping took a minute, but it was the holidays and it was expected. I love the products as they are really good quality. Not my first PopSocket and won’t be the last. The cases are new to me and I’m so not disappointed. Will definitely buy again.

Love this company. I’ve ordered numerous items over the last few years starting back before MagSafe, and I’ll be ordering more. Besides simply loving the look of them, using it has 100% reversed the chronic arm and wrist pain I’d developed from holding my phone too much! 🤭
