The service and delivery were great along with the customer service to get the item replaced. It was annoying to have to upload photos with my report and then be asked to send them again via email for me to receive a refund. Why aren’t the photos on my report enough? I sent the exact same ones via email so what was the point of adding them to my refund request form?
