Pool fence looks good once installed. Easy install and we put up 133 ft of total fence. Keeps the kids and dogs out. No complaints here. Did have some problems with UPS because you have to sign for the package. Called Pool Fence DIY and they had it immediately fixed. Great customer service.

We now have a place to store our pool brush and net. My only critique is that the hooks were a little larger; they only fit one pole and not 2 like our previous hooks. So, it took 4 hooks to hold both poles. But the poles are at the level of the black top edging, so I think it camouflages them nicely. I think they are a needed addition to the pool fence.

The process for calculating how much fence and which components we needed was very straight forward. Shipping was fast. Customer service has been good thus far.

We are still in the process of putting-up out fence and figuring out what works best for our needs. I will say make sure you generally know what you will need and not need as the return policy is pretty strict, you pay shipping back, you also have to pay a restocking fee. You also need to keep the original boxes and everything the items (papers, etc.) that came with the shipments if you want to send them back. I did not read them and still sent stuff back but lost money in doing so, just didn't want to keep that extra stuff around. I think the company does decent with customer service, they have several methods in being available to customers. I am a visual person so needed to see stuff in-person. I would suggest calling them and walking them through what you have and getting input before you purchase something you may not need.

I'm very happy with my new pool fence for several reasons. One, it arrived quickly (in less than 1 week) and it arrived in good order. There were 9 packages that UPS dropped off in my garage. I had emailed half a dozen times with customer service prior to placing my order, asking questions to ease my mind that I could install the fence myself, and they were very good to work with. I did install it myself, which took about 10 hours (14 sections) and it looks great. My only difficulty is with the gate, which unfortunately, I did not line up the holes perfectly straight. My gate works, but it is a little off and you can see that. I will work on trying to make adjustments. Otherwise, the fence sections went in easily, and is very forgiving if you are slightly off from hole to hole.

This pool fence looks good and is secure enough to keep my grandkids safe.
