Shipping was fast, and product arrived safe. Order was complete with everything as described. I'm having trouble getting the self-closing gates installed properly. I might contact service, but I'm going to try new cement footings first. Overall, very happy with the fence, it looks great installed and was much cheaper than a traditional black metal fence.

We wanted something to keep our kids safe. We have supervision, a door alarm but needed another barrier in case the first two didn’t work. Went online for pool fences and found pool fence diy. Great product , well made. Installation was pretty straightforward. Drill guide is a must. I installed the pet fence (24”) around a free form pool probably didn’t need to lean the fence like the directions called for. Good customer service as well

The instructions don’t match what I was provided at all. It wasn’t very intuitive to put the door together.

Overall the product and support are great. One suggestion I would make is to not only use the template to mark out all your holes with chalk before you start drilling, but then continue using the template as you go to double check your next hole before you drill it. I would align the drill guide with the template to make sure I was precise and it worked great. But I learned that the hard way because my second hole for the gate was just a little off and it caused some problems. Also, the directions for the gate are pretty bad but the videos online are super helpful, so once I watched those it was a snap. Customer service was very helpful and they sent me extra parts I needed very fast for no charge which I appreciated tremendously. The fence looks and works great and I would highly recommend this product.

We purchased two sets of pool fences off their website and the service was great. Our order came really fast!

Fence is not as advertised, very flimsy and cannot be attached as described. It won’t be cost effective to return it due to shipping costs and 15% “ restocking” fee. So, I have a fence in a box in my garage that is unusable and I am put almost $300.

The fence was easy to install and works well.

Great fast delivery! Substantially cheaper then having professionally installed for the package you get. Huge selection that will work for any project. Any DIYer can do this with a little reading. Very happy with the product and feel that my children will be safer.
