I placed my order on the 19th June 2021. It is now the 2nd July 2021, and neither my original order or replacement order has been delivered. I have had no further communication from Ben since requesting a refund. I am very upset that there has been no further updates since requesting a refund. It is apparently a luxury handbag brand, and I was not expecting this sort of customer service. I would not recommend buying from this seller! The worst thing is I read all the reviews and thought I would be receiving a beautiful bag, and now I have to try get my money back.

So excited to receive my bag and it held up to all expectations. Beautiful. Love the choice of my second strap, but a little disappointed as the 1st strap was not in the parcel. Anyhow apart from that very, happy with my purchase. Thank you Pom Pom.
