I've been looking for a small, stylish purse with a zip-top for so long. An ad for the Mayfair bag popped up on my Instagram, and it is exactly what I'd been searching for! It arrived yesterday and I'm SO happy with it. It's just the right size - small enough to feel light and dainty, yet it easily fits all my essentials: wallet, phone, keys, toiletries, with a little extra room for the particular day's sundries. The extra pocket divisions make it even more functional. It looks super cute on my body, too: not too big or too small. The extra straps are a fun bonus, but the purse is just as lovely with only the included leather strap. The zippers are open smoothly and easily, and the leather itself feels so rich. I'm seriously obsessed with this bag, I wore it around my house yesterday for an hour. I just bought another Mayfair in black so I have a backup in case these purses aren't built to last 40 years - now that I have the perfect purse I don't want to experience life without it again! (Plus, the black will look a little dressier, and it's nice to have options!)

I've just received my second City Bag and I'm thrilled with it I've purchased the City Bag Pink in aid of Breast Cancer and was thrilled with that too I love the zipped pocket on the back.....a great bag for when you go on holiday.....Passport, money etc are safe in the back pocket and you put that against your body Inside you have a zipped and slip pocket.......again a zipped pocket for money, keys etc Overall a fab bag x

Just received my bag and straps , they are absolutely gorgeous , superb quality and beautifully finished . Just ordered another bag as I’m so delighted with my city navy bag . Don’t hesitate to buy a bag , I can highly recommend !

I was concerned as the tracking number didn’t work. However my bag arrived by second class Royal Mail and it’s beautiful. Carefully packaged in it’s own dust bag. The straps are lovely and give different looks when required. I will certainly by using this site again.

I placed my order on the 19th June 2021. It is now the 2nd July 2021, and neither my original order or replacement order has been delivered. I have had no further communication from Ben since requesting a refund. I am very upset that there has been no further updates since requesting a refund. It is apparently a luxury handbag brand, and I was not expecting this sort of customer service. I would not recommend buying from this seller! The worst thing is I read all the reviews and thought I would be receiving a beautiful bag, and now I have to try get my money back.

So excited to receive my bag and it held up to all expectations. Beautiful. Love the choice of my second strap, but a little disappointed as the 1st strap was not in the parcel. Anyhow apart from that very, happy with my purchase. Thank you Pom Pom.
