I am heading overseas in May and have been searching for the perfect travel purse. Finally found it in the City Purse. Love all the zippered pockets, including the one that my passport fits into. The wide straps make this a great crossover purse and the included coin/money purse makes foreign currency easily accessible. I got the orange color which goes great with my bright yellow raincoat. Totally pleased with everything, including the great sales price.

I recently received my City Bag in Berry Red Croc. It's gorgeous and the exact right size. I can find and remove items without them all falling out. I also have a leather City Bag in the lime green color I carried all summer. I wish the Croc leather was a little softer so that it opens further when unzipped. . . like your regular leather bag. But that's just a personal preference. I love this bag and the color is stunning.

Just received my Original Bag in the Stone colour. Good quality and well-made. Perfect size for me. Thought the colour was going to be a bit lighter. It's more of a taupe/grey. Still a beautiful bag.

I ordered the Mayfair Plus at the end of December the Leather is out of this world I ordered in Sage its lovely. I just recently ordered Slate Blue on qvc special . I hope that is the same. I would of like the Light Grey but there all sold out now. I will be ordering more I come home every year but know pom pom london is the best so glad I found your company.

My children bought me a beautiful personalised Pom Pom cross body bag for Mothers day that I have used a number of times since. Sadly the zip was slightly faulty so I stopped using it. As I liked the product so much, I wrote to Pom Pom via WhatsApp to advise of the issue. I sent photos and was advised a replacement bag would be dispatched. This was Tuesday and I received the exact replacement bag on Saturday. Excellent service on a product that I love and will be able to continue to use. Thank you very much :)

I recently bought a Mayfair Bag in slate blue. I live in Canada and the package arrived quickly, which was good; however, I am less than happy with the quality of the purse for the price I paid. The leather is decent but the zippers and purse lining appear cheap; the purse does not meet my expectations based on all of the reviews that I read.

I ordered the black Mayfair Plus and it is perfect! Love the feel & smell of the leather. It is perfect for every day use. The free tennis ball key ring is a nice touch. Love it! One happy lady.

I ordered the city bag as a gift for my sister’s birthday, once the bag had arrived with the two free straps I realised the coin purse was missing this was an error on my part as I didn’t order correctly. I sent a WhatsApp message to Pom Pom help and the response was amazing not only did they agree to send out the coin purse free of charge they sent me a link to do it directly, customer service went above and beyond in my opinion. The city bag is so lovely I can’t wait to see if my sister is as happy with it as me. I will definitely be using Pom Pom London again.

WOW, what more can I say. I'll be honest i don't tend to spend much money on bags. However i came across this company on Facebook advert i was little nervous as i don't know anyone else with a Pom Pom London. I ordered the Tan Mayfair plus in tan with 2 straps and initials and i LOVE IT!!! There's so much more space than i thought they're would be. I really want another for my honeymoon in June. Its so well made love the straps, the coin purse will come in handy as you can tell I'm obsessed. Catch me having draws full... oh and it came really quick too!!

Just what I needed great bag and very versatile.

I hate to write this because I loved my Pom Pom bag. The zipper broke I reached out to customer service and was told they could not replace. And would give me 20% and a free strap instead. When I went on their site this was the current offer for all customers. VERY DISAPOINTED. Will never buy from the site/business again

I've just received my first Pompom Mayfair in grey suede which is such a useful size and it has the right amount of compartments too. I hate scrabbling around in one big cavernous void. However, I am not a wearer of gold, and I would love to see more bags with silver coloured furniture. It's a personal thing, but I see it everywhere and I find it too showy. Also, the website would be perfect if we could see the bag and strap combos online. Luckily, I seem to have made a very good guess!

I ordered the Stone color which looks more white online, but when it arrived is an ugly gray color. I can return it if I pay $27 to ship it back, which is crazy. I don't know if they sent the wrong color or if the stone is actually a gray color.

I am so happy with the various PomPom crossover bags I ordered this past year and now. Delivery within England very quick, and yesterday I received my latest bag in Qatar. Fantastic service by this small team, and quality of each bag is excellent. Love the variety of straps to change each bag to create a different style too. What really impresses me is the behind the scenes extra attentive service via WA and Email. Can't wait for the new summer colors.

Just received the Mayfair Plus in plum. Leather is very soft, high quality hardware and easy to slide zippers. Nothing like genuine leather. Roomier than it looks, perfect to use on weekends. Holds a lot. The extra straps are great, will work with other purses too. I’m so impressed I ordered the Mayfair plus in black too.

I purchased a tan Mayfair bag last September and I love it. I use it every day and couldn't be without it. I have a similar style and size bag with a much heftier price tag, but the Pom Pom Mayfair eclipses it totally. I so love the Pom Pom London range that I purchased one for my mum for her birthday on the strength of my loving my own so much AND I've just benefited from the Winter Sale and purchased a gorgeous yellow City bag! Ordered the City plus in the vintage green with the two free straps. Love the shape, the leather is gorgeous and all my slg’s fit perfectly. I have a large collection of luxury bags and wanted something simple, well made and reasonably priced. I ordered another city plus today in latte along with two straps, free again. So happy I found this brand!
