Polywood has a very good website, ordering from it is easy. Shipping has been prompt and the quality of the furniture is very good. We are very pleased with the entire purchasing experience and the furniture, too, of course.

Overall I give Pollywood a rating of five. I don't want to complain too much about the shipping. In my case, it was a little complicated with shipping. You shipped it to a company that shipped it to me via boat. There was some confusion in the number of packages sent and part of the delivery showed up late. But the confusion was mainly on the second shipers part. It all showed up and your customer service support was fantastic. David

great customer service when things went missing. products seem to be as good of quality as some of my older pieces (10yrs old) only difference you can tell is that they are not had cutting the pieces anymore and some left over fray on the ends of the planks could be there but due to it being able to be pulled off its not a big deal.
