Very nice quality polywood. The rocker is sturdy and easy to clean. Easy to follow video instructions or you can use printed instructions.

I absolutely love my rocking chairs! The craftmanship is outstanding and they were easy to put together. The rocking motion is incredibly smooth and the chair itself is very comfortable, making it one of my favorite places to sit to unwind. I was concerned about ordering without being able to sit in it first but I was pleasantly surprised how amazing they are.

Great product and came already assembled

The only drawback was that it was difficult to get a read on when we’d receive our order. I got conflicting messages about our for delivery when it wasn’t, and then we got a 12 hour delivery window from fed ex freight on a week day when we need to be at work. We couldn’t get a hold of anyone to narrow it down. I wish that had been easier. Other companies we’ve purchased furniture from in the past reach out to schedule a specific delivery time, and that’s much for helpful.

Great Comunicationand helpful staff

The shipping was fine and the table and chairs seem strong. The problem is with the workmanship on the table. The outer rim boards are cut too short and don’t come together. Also the transition between the outer ring boards and inner boards are off creating a not smooth transition.

Great quality and beautiful chairs! This firepit area is complete with the Pollywood chairs. They will withstand all elements of the weather, unlike the cheap plastic ones you purchase from a big box store!
