We are so excited to finally have our buddy benches to put out on our patios for our individuals. The shipping/delivery was quick and easy. Our individuals worked so hard collecting caps to recycle and partner with Sammie's Buddy Bench Project to get 2 benches for 2 of our locations. These are solid pieces that will withstand a lot and last us a long time. The only thing we struggled with was the holes were not lining up easily and it took a lot of maneuvering to get the screws in and then there were no holes in the back piece to attach to the seat of the bench like the directions said to do, so we weren't able to screw in the final 2 screws. Otherwise, fabulous bench and we look forward to having them!

We love the Edge 6-pc Modular Sectional that we purchased in December 2024 in Teak with Ocean Teal cushions. We previously had an "all weather" wicker set that couldn't last the hot, humid conditions of Florida. Polywood's 20-year warranty shows that they are confident that their product will last. Polywood's Customer Service is also excellent, since one of the pieces was manufactured incorrectly and Polywood shipped out a new unit immediately to replace it. We have since ordered additional pieces to complete our outdoor space and we are very happy with our purchases! Thank you Polywood!

Ottoman showed up fully assembled! Unpack, tie cushion on, put your feet up and enjoy. I love the cushion. Plenty soft but sturdy. Large enough to be used as stool if needed.
