I’ve had the Nolita Sofa for around 3 weeks now. Delivery and communication were A+. Received communications from Poly & Bark regarding my order immediately after placing the order and the local delivery provider used was on time, calling me before and after arrival. The sofa itself is as pictured on the site. I ordered the Cognac Tan color and the sofa is spot on. The odor or smell of the leather is minimal but still assuring of its authenticity. No plaaticky factory smell you often get with inline leather goods. As of the date of this review, the leather is breaking in nicely - it was a little stiff when it first arrived. Assembly of the sofa is removing the legs and screws from the pocket underneath the sofa and screwing them in. The best parts about the Nolita are 1) the removable seat and back cushions for cleaning, 2) the angled feet and 3) lower wood frame. They give the sofa an elevated look and really compliment a minimalist aesthetic. Dog tax included!

This is my second Poly & Bark Sofa. Probably one of the best furniture brands I have ever worked with. I even use to work for a big box furniture company too! From ordering, delivery updates to delivery over all the experience was great. THIS SOFA! so comfortable and roomie! I was worried it would be too small for seating but its comfortable enough for two people to lay down either way & for 4-5 people to sit on!
