Love the picnic table but delivery was a hassle.
It was easy to deal with Polyproducts and love the quality of the picnic table. The only issue we had was with delivery. This picnic table weighs over 300 pounds and needed a bigger delivery truck than our road in the woods could handle. We had to arrange to meet the truck in a different area, arrange for someone to put it in a trailer to get it to our house. This, of course, cost extra money and time.

Good Communication and a Beautiful Bench!
Very happy with the final result for my mother's memorial bench. Adam was very helpful and had regular communication to get the design just how I had envisioned it. Her memorial bench is beautiful and will no doubt be enjoyed by many in it's location on a paved nature trail here in our town that she developed the plan for and saw through to it's completion in 2009. We dedicated her bench on August 13th, 2023...honoring her for all she has done for us and this community. Thank you so much!

Wonderful service - a JOY to work with
I was just catching up. After the scare of it not making it in time for our event, then the note that a machine was down, we were so pleasantly surprised that it shipped and arrived a few days early and the event went wonderfully. Thanks to all who worked on this. Our organization and the wife of the gentleman we honored are truly grateful.

Great Bench
The bench was not difficult to put together. It is attractive. And, it's not hot to sit on when it's been in the full sun. Neighbors in my HOA are happy they have a bench to sit on besides me, when I go for walks. I even decorated it this 4th of July with patriotic plastic ribbon. (see photo)
