Your people were great and product delivered on time in good condition. Assembly was easy and we’re waiting until spring to place outside the church exits. Thanks To your company and it’s employees for the quality and service.

The benches are a good quality and look really nice on our deck. Putting them together was a little challenging. If they would include spacers to help space the top boards and line up the pilot holes that would be really helpful. The top boards aren’t evenly spaced on ours, but they still look good.

After numerous searches online for a Memorial Bench I thankfully found Polly Products. I bought this bench for a remembrance for my Grandson. The order process was easy to navigate through while choosing the colors and the text. The bench arrived when they said it would. The bench was very well-made sturdy, and we put it together easily! The most important thing I would like to mention that meant the world to me was the personal touch this company did was to send me a sympathy card that their employees signed. Nice quality bench, very heavy. Both delivery boxes were broken and a few pieces were scratched up, which I sanded out. Boxes are so heavy, maybe put pieces in more boxes so not as heavy and prone to dropping? Mounting brackets for concrete stick out on the corner a bit, but shouldn't be a big issue if no one is barefoot. Customer service upon order was wonderful and so was service regarding the shipping damage. The engraving on the bench was also very nicely done. Overall, very good experience.

Great product

Was a bit scary for a while, from the first contact to the order the lead time went out 2-3 weeks. It was going to be close as we had an annual event and a dedication to a friend that did a lot of support for families who had lost someone in the military. Then I was told a machine broke down. Just a few days before the event I was notified it was shipped and it made it with 2 days "to spare". Presented to the world (and the widows who knew nothing about it) on a wet and raining morning and an hour before the unveiling the sky cleared and the sun came out to shine on this beautiful memorial.
