I am a true believer in your products! Exceptional!!!

The filmmaker is a great setup. The lense is well crafted and the grip is well engineered to fit right in your hand. The setup makes you forget you’re using an IPhone.

The circular polarizer has beautiful optics and is very pleasant to use.

Not only are PolarPro products fantastic and now the only filters we use at our agency and studio, their customer service is great and very responsive.

It's hard to get excited about a step down filter ring. Looks good, sturdy, haven't tried it yet. Looking forward to actually putting a filter in it and give it a try.

The only thing I’ve purchased thus far is the PolarPro Slate II, but I have my eyes on several other products, including the Summit setup. I will be honest as to why I haven’t purchased it yet. I think your products are exceptionally designed and although you have a beautiful website, its functionality is lacking. It’s confusing to find products, and it’s even more confusing to find what is included in certain items/bundles. For example, I am interested in converting my Lee long exposure set up to the Summit setup. I have watched numerous YouTube videos, read google AI answers to questions regarding your products, and even emailed your staff because I cannot easily locate information regarding the bundle. What does it come with? Can you please just include bullet points as to what is int he package so I know what I’m getting and what I need to buy in addition to that particular product. I probably would have already ordered several items had I known exactly what was in the kit, but I’m still excited to order them. I just spend way too much time researching what I need in addition instead of being able to read it just below the product.

As always, PolarPro never fails to deliver. Got the new LiteChaser 17 Pro case and loving it. Had the wrong case at first but they immediately replaced it with the right one. Kudos for your support staff on this. Highly recommended.

Very innovative products

Polar pro is the best in the business. I don't understand why anybody would downgrade themselves to different companies. The way I see it is if you buy the right one, the first time you won't have to buy other s*** after :)

Excellent Support and Great Resolution I experienced a focusing issue with the Mavic 4 Pro Vivid Collection filters, especially at the 160 mm telephoto lens. I contacted PolarPro support, and their response was very professional and quick. They immediately offered a replacement and followed up with clear communication. This company provide excellent product. Excellent customer service. But the head of inventory should be fired. I have never seen a company go so much out of stock before. I love this brand but the fact that my planed orders are always out of stock makes me think about leaving. I get business because I have filters from this brand, but I lose business too because I cannot order what I need. It’s time for the CEO to take some responsibility about this issue So my message to the company and to the potential buyers: this product is amazing if you can get it. But expect the inventory for what you want to be able Absolute garbage and that the company has the worst inventory control I have ever seen in an online company before. Product get a 5 star score. Customer service get 5 stars Head of online store get 1 star for having a bad store with many flaws. Head of inventory get 1 star. I’m in love but I feel shame about it.
