First of all I have been a long time PolarPro user. I had the first gen Peter McKinnon filter, and I actually still have it and use it in many of productions. I recently purchased a PolarPro Helix MagLock filter (VND 2-5 Stops) because I wanted the practicality of being able to switch it from one lens to the other without having to take the time to screw the filter onto the lens. I have had it for about 2 months now, and I would say overall is great filter, and more than anything I really like the system. I know some people have had some issues with getting use to it, but that hasn't been my case. However, more than reviewing this product what I would like to do, it's to highlight PolarPro as a company and its customer service. I recently had an accident caused by a kid during a shoot, and my filter broke. I really had low expectations about getting a replacement, but I decided to reach out to PolarPro directly and ask if there was anything that they could do for me, and to my surprise they were kind enough to send me a whole brand new filter system. I have many PolarPro products and I never had an issue with them, and now to see their customer service step up like this really tells me that they not only care about providing high quality products but also high quality treatment to their customers. 100% recommended.

To be honest I’ve always loved taking pictures but it’s only ever been just something I’ve done for myself. I recently decided that I would give iPhone photography a chance and maybe add it to things that I offer as a mobile DJ, lighting, & sound business. I am beyond impressed this the quality of the filters, iPhone case, and grip. I have a iPhone 17 pro max and it has been a blast learning and playing around with the filters. I also bought the sling bag and it’s very well made and well worth the money. Hopefully PolarPro continues to grow what they offer of the mobile phone’s and would love to see some lens in the future! That would be awesome.

Loving that i have a high quality protective filter for my lenses. While ive experienced the quality of other competitors. These gems will save you from nightmares and repairs of a scratched lens.

These nd filters work amazing

Very well built. I bought the FujiFilm X100V lens hood. It fits my X100F well and the question I submitted about this was answered exactly right. The only issue I have with the hood is the flash is obstructed as is part of the viewfinder. Both are minor issues. I also bought the PolarPro VND/CPF with mist. Again, very well built. I like the flexibility of the filter, I have less than 100 shots with it, but everything seems exactly as promised. The glow around the lights at night is as promised, but again I am just starting out. The X100F is new to me, but the combo seems like a great fit. Thanks

Disappointed with customer service. Ended up going to B&H. Ultimately ended up returning what I bought. Still hopeful to experiment with some of the creative filters.

Man, I really love that portrait filter. I took it to my on a trip to Egypt with me and that Vintage look was just amazing straightening camera 10 to 10 recommend this one.

Received a defective filter, two emails later and zero pushback they are sending me a replacement totally gratis. Great job, I was so worried I'd have to fight for a replacement particularly with an international order but this experience was the exact opposite. . . smooth and customer centric. Great case/filming setup. Everything is really well made and high quality. Very happy with the kit overall!

I really like my case, handle and variable ND for my phone. It’s compact and easy to have with me at all times, if a filming opportunity should arise. I added a third party lanyard to the 1/4” screw on the bottom of the handle, as I’m always hanging over bridges or buildings and don’t want to lose my phone. I would have liked some instructions on how to mount the bluetooth trigger. I had to contact PolarPro support, but the support I got was immediate and amazing. The bluetooth trigger can’t be relied on 100% to start the camera, especially the first recording, so I still go to the phone interface. I had the same issue with a Sandmarc bluetooth trigger, so maybe it’s just the phone that causes this issue. Not a deal breaker.

Hi there, with regards to my recent purchase from Polar Pro I have to say that it’s been business as usual, very professional although. The “Splt50” filter is great and the quality outstanding, like all my collection of other filers from Polar Pro. No hassle with fast delivery to Argentina.
