I don't know exactly what product you're asking me to review, but I'm a big fan of what you guys are doing. That said, I wish you made filters and accessories for the Samsung Galaxy Ultra. Not every is an iPhone user you know? And despite what some believe, the galaxy Ultra camera is extremely good, especially on Pro settings. You guys are a pro company and feel like if you made accessories for the Galaxy you would have a built in market because no one really makes Samsung Galaxy camera specific accessories. You guys would be the first mainstream professional company to do so.

Hi there, first of all is the customer care some would say service, but with Polar Pro I rather say Customer Care is awesome. Prompt, very helpful and after all you dealing with human not bots. Eriel was the person in charge of my shipping and after few questions it has been solved without any problem and he managed to keep the same discount, saying that the problem have been created by my self. Thanks a lot Eriel!!! Now, first two filters ( variable ND Mist 6-9 stops/77mm II Edition by Peter McKinnon and 2-5stops PL Mist 77mm also II Edition by Peter McKinnon) that I have purchased are so good that I went a step a head and have treated my self to a few different ones but with Helix attached way for quick “play”. The filters themselves are so neat in every aspect you look at them, not even mention the multifunction cover case. The inconvenience of fiddling with the set up of stops and the polarising point stated by some “experts” is misleading. It’s clearly explained in the shot content how to use them. You only need to switch to the new way for those filters. Basically is new concept needs have new way to operate this product. Ones you manage to adjust there is no problem. Anyway, the quality and design is excellent. Thanks Polar Pro and thanks to Peter McKinnon well done!!! Fully recommend. PS. Waiting for good news regarding new challenge for Peter McKinnon to create the perfect line of filters for Sony 12-24mm G-master. Hopefully in a near future. Good luck and thanks!!!
