I love my recent order! I haven’t used it on an actual shoot yet, but I tested it around the house and it’s super impressive. The build quality feels solid, video quality looks great, and there’s zero vignetting. That was honestly the main reason I upgraded and so far, it’s been worth it.

I started with this iPhone case system years ago; it has been very dependable and previous 15, 16 bits still work with this new case. I was really looking forward to using the Bluetooth remote switch but discovered upon receipt, that it does not work when I’m using with Filmic Pro and my Shure MV88+ mic attached. Maybe Polar Pro will figure out how to get this combo to work but for now, back to record start with the on-screen button click.

Products are great! Never let AI answer submitted questions. AI responds with faster than people and fails at everything in the original question. What a waste of money for a business to believe AI is necessary. When people responded, it was accurate and effective. I did not need to waste time with AI interfering with legitimate issue.

The filmmaker is a great setup. The lense is well crafted and the grip is well engineered to fit right in your hand. The setup makes you forget you’re using an IPhone.

The circular polarizer has beautiful optics and is very pleasant to use.

Not only are PolarPro products fantastic and now the only filters we use at our agency and studio, their customer service is great and very responsive.

It's hard to get excited about a step down filter ring. Looks good, sturdy, haven't tried it yet. Looking forward to actually putting a filter in it and give it a try.

The only thing I’ve purchased thus far is the PolarPro Slate II, but I have my eyes on several other products, including the Summit setup. I will be honest as to why I haven’t purchased it yet. I think your products are exceptionally designed and although you have a beautiful website, its functionality is lacking. It’s confusing to find products, and it’s even more confusing to find what is included in certain items/bundles. For example, I am interested in converting my Lee long exposure set up to the Summit setup. I have watched numerous YouTube videos, read google AI answers to questions regarding your products, and even emailed your staff because I cannot easily locate information regarding the bundle. What does it come with? Can you please just include bullet points as to what is int he package so I know what I’m getting and what I need to buy in addition to that particular product. I probably would have already ordered several items had I known exactly what was in the kit, but I’m still excited to order them. I just spend way too much time researching what I need in addition instead of being able to read it just below the product.

As always, PolarPro never fails to deliver. Got the new LiteChaser 17 Pro case and loving it. Had the wrong case at first but they immediately replaced it with the right one. Kudos for your support staff on this. Highly recommended.
